Shipping
Shipping to Quebec is $12 and $15 to Ontario. For the rest of CANADA it is at a fixed price of $20. For international shipping, charges are calculated based on the weight of the package. Other costs that may be added (customs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer. Packages are mainly shipped by Purolator and Canada Post.
Your orders will be processed within 1 to 5 business days following receipt of payment.
When the package leaves the store, it is your responsibility to manage its delivery properly in order to avoid, for example, theft if your package is delivered without a signature. You must also track your package with the tracking number that you receive by email as soon as your order is processed ( don't forget to check your spam emails). If you are absent on the day of delivery, the delivery person may leave a card indicating how to collect your package if a signature is required. It is important to track your package, because with bad weather it can sometimes happen that the card left outside is no longer there when you return home. Please note that with Purolator when you notice with your tracking number that a delivery attempt was made and that you were absent, you can contact them directly to arrange a second delivery, otherwise you must travel to the location to arrange it. recover within 5 days. If after this period you still have not claimed your package, it will be automatically returned to me and you will then have to pay a fee of $15 for me to ship it to you again. No order cancellation or refund is possible for an unclaimed package.
