Where are you located, can I pick up my order?
We are located in St-Lambert-de-Lauzon on the South Shore of Quebec. Yes, it is possible to pick up your order directly here. Simply select the "Collect" option as your delivery method when you finalize your purchases. Your order will be processed between 1 and 5 business days.
- From the moment you receive the email telling you that your order has been processed (also check your spam emails) you must pick up your order within 7 days.
- To pick up your order you must write to us privately on the Facebook page so that we can set up an “appointment” to collect your order.
- The usual conditions of sale also apply, so if you want to add fabric to your order, you should not make several multiple orders, but rather come and notify us and we will make the additions directly to your initial order.
Is it possible to place two orders and combine them?
No, to add to your order you must write to us privately what you would like to add and we will add it ourselves to your initial order if it is not too late. No refund of delivery costs will be made if you make multiple orders.
Are your fabrics in stock or on pre-order?
All fabrics are in stock except for the "pre-order" section when a pre-order is in progress.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed between 1 and 5 business days (not including weekends) and then most are shipped by Purolator in 1-2 days for Quebec residents. For more details, please refer to the "Shipping and Returns" section.
